I know how to take a youtube video and autoplay it on myspace but I do not know how to autoplay it on my youtube profile. Do I need to become a youtube partner. I already tried to become one but the did not accept me.

um i think u need to go to edit your profile & look in there for a option for autoplaying video

Yes you definitely have to become a youtube partner to have this option. This is the only way you can have autoplay of your video on your channel. To become a youtube partner, youtube needs to see that your channel has unique and quality content, that you upload frequently, and that your videos are viewed in the thousands.
